Manifestation is more about the energy and emotions we want to experience rather than just physical characteristics. Focusing on how you want to feel in a relationship, such as feeling loved, cherished, and supported, is more powerful than trying to manifest a specific physical appearance or a personality trait.

  1. Get clear on what you want to manifest. Be specific and write it down.
  2. Identify any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Write them down and then create positive affirmations to counteract them. Becoming aware of limiting beliefs is an important step in the manifestation process. These beliefs can be subconscious and may be holding you back from achieving what you want in life. Once you identify them, you can work on shifting your mindset and replacing them with positive, empowering beliefs.
  3. Practice gratitude every day. Write down all the things you are grateful for each morning or evening. Gratitude is an automatic high vibration. By cultivating gratitude, you can raise your vibrational frequency and attract more positive experiences into your life.
  4. Visualize yourself already having what you want. Use all of your senses to imagine how it feels, smells, looks, and sounds. Your subconscious doesn’t know that you don’t have it so you’re able to quickly get more into vibration with the things that you want.
  5. Take action towards your goals. Manifestation is not just about positive thinking; it also requires inspired action.

[12:24] It’s Not About Being Perfect Every Day

It’s not about being happy but staying aligned with your true self. There is no one on this planet that is going to be perfect every day, all day. For instance, instead of getting mad about being stuck in traffic, let it go and enjoy the time. Either sit there in traffic and be angry, or sit there and be happy, using that time to listen to a self-development podcast. Try to make the best of every situation and always look at it from a place of love. Whether it’s a death in your family or getting cheated on, the overall goal in order to manifest fast is to be able to bring so much gratitude, that in every situation you can find the love in it.

If you’re a nonspecific manifester, you’re just really going by the way that the manifest makes you feel. If you’re a specific manifester, you really want to get into the specifics of the thing you want. If it’s the car, visualize the color, the interior, the cost, etc.
